You really need to come to BC.  It has a lot of shitty things, but no cold/bugs/dirt roads.

I mean, northern BC probably has some of those things.

And I’m definitely road tripping out, just finding time is gonna be a problem. Between going home in the fall and the UK trip next spring, I’m probably gonna run out of days off soon.
